Rich Ferguson is the author of the collections Everything is Radiant Between the Hates (Moon Tide Press, 2020) and 8th & Agony (Punk Hostage Press, 2012). As a musician and spoken-word artist, he has performed across the country, sharing the stage with Patti Smith, Wanda Coleman, Exene Cervenka, T.C. Boyle, Loudon Wainwright, Bob Holman, and many other noted performers. He has performed on The Tonight Show, at the Redcat Theater in Disney Hall, the New York City International Fringe Festival, and the South by Southwest Music Festival among many other venues. Selected as California's 2020-2022 Beat Poet Laureate, Ferguson is editor of Beat Not Beat: An Anthology of California Poets Screwing on the Beat and Post-Beat Tradition, from Moon Tide Press. ,A winner in Opium Magazine's Literary Death Match, his poetry and award-winning spoken-word music videos have been widely anthologized.
